First Summers Day 2016

Hello.

Today's date is 08.05.16 and it was Scotland first summers day of 2016. Temps reached 21c in the back garden today.

Guinea pigs were out (they were not impressed haha), rabbits were out, tortoise was out and I sat and chilled!!

We decided to go to South Queens Ferry and this wasn't a great idea haha. Yes it was lovely here but down there is was windy as you are right next to the sea and it was a little chilly!!

Yeah Mark looks very impressed lol

The lovely rail bridge through the trees

All the bridges in the distance. You can kind of see the new Forth Road Bridge being built just under the existing one.

See just a bit windy!! Lol

We did get ice cream. But in my usual style I inhaled it before I could actually get a photos of it.

Overall it was a LOVELY Scottish summers day :)

Hope you had a great weekend :)

  8. Looks like a great day and love the photos. I moved away from scotland a long time ago (grew up in Stirling) and this has made me miss home :) Glad you enjoyed the ice-cream, if you are ever near Bridge of Allen, you need to swing by the Allenwater Cafe, best ice-cream in scotland. Worth the trip just for that lol! x
